In 2009 Nate embarked on the adventure of building his personal home, it was then, his adoration with the homebuilding process began. Following the completion of his personal home, Nate gained invaluable experience being an Assistant Project Manager with one of Colorado Springs elite custom homebuilders. From there, he quickly became the lead project manager, holding that position until he founded Ridlen Home Crafters in 2017. His handcrafted approach encompasses attention to detail, a passion for quality, resulting in a beautiful home that is a direct expression of his clients. “Building custom homes is much more than the finishing touches, it goes far beyond construction. For me, it is about building lifelong relationships with my clients and my community. I think it is important that the homes I build stand the test of time…it is also important the friendships I’ve made through this process do the same.”
Kristi Ridlen
Real Estate & Design Specialist
Kristi fell in love with development and design when she had the opportunity to work with Colorado city municipalities on urban renewal and economic development initiatives for both residential and commercial sectors. From marketing multi-million-dollar mixed-use projects, to historic preservation, management of downtown special districts and commercial retail properties — Kristi has a vast background when it comes to understanding responsible neighborhood development. Design is Kristi's passion and this is evident in her work and the testimony from RHC clients. Her keen eye and knowledge of industry & architectural trends speaks to the RHC motto “the difference is in the details”. As a licensed real estate broker associate, Kristi is happy to assist clients with all real estate needs and walk them through the process of selling their current home, land acquisition and home ownership.
